At Thrasher Magazine's Online Store, we want you to be stoked on your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that skateboards and hardware cannot be returned once assembled or used.

Return Process

  Ensure your apparel or accessories are in original condition with all tags attached and have no signs of wear, skate wax, or damage.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Purchase Shipping Label

  Ship the package back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
