When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship skateboards and apparel internationally?
Yes, we ship Thrasher merchandise worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred by their country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused accessories within 30 days of purchase. Skateboard decks cannot be returned once they have been gripped or assembled.
How can I subscribe to the print magazine?
You can purchase individual issues or annual subscriptions directly through our store. Subscriptions typically begin with the next scheduled monthly issue.
Are your hoodies and shirts pre-shrunk?
Most of our standard cotton apparel is pre-shrunk during the manufacturing process, but we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to maintain the best fit.
